As a Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC) trained under Dr Ramani Durvasula, I specialise in supporting individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse, gaslighting, coercive control, and relationship-based trauma.
I help clients understand the cycle of abuse, rebuild their sense of identity and self-worth, and develop clear strategies for boundaries, safety and emotional recovery.
With extensive experience in crisis and therapeutic work within domestic and family violence contexts, I provide trauma-informed support for people affected by DFV and sexual violence. Clients are supported at all stages – crisis, recovery, rebuilding and empowerment -while always maintaining a focus on safety, validation and autonomy.
I hold advanced training in evidence-based eating disorder treatments including:
I work with adolescents, adults and families to support recovery from anorexia, bulimia, binge-eating disorder, ARFID, body image concerns and disordered eating.
