Counselling clients

I will send you an intake and contract for services form before our session. This is just to let you know your rights as a client and the terms of counselling. As i am registered with The Australian Counselling Association (ACA) I adhere to the professional codes of ethics and practice.

Counsellors, Psychotherapists & Social Workers

For individual sessions I will email you a supervisee contract agreement form for my services.

For group supervision I will email you a group supervision confidentiality agreement, a copy of the group norms and contract agreement.
